I hope everyone is doing well!

SAP offers a wide range of portals and countless resources. As a consultant, we will end up landing in various portals for different purposes and i just thought of grouping all the frequently accessed portals for the ease of reference. The target participants for this article can be anyone- be it a newbie or someone who is spending years in the SAP world. Most of the below mentioned portals are relevant for the entire SAP solutions, but this blog will focus more on SuccessFactors as i am from SF background!. Also each of these portals offers a large list of functionalities and i had covered the core of those.

1. Portal Name: HCM Cloud Operations Portal

1.2 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Customer Instance Mapping	To raise incidents with SAP to map customer instances with partner consultant’s provisioning account.
2	Sales demo instances	Certified consultants can raise requests with SAP to get sales demo instances.
3	Log Support Tickets	Consultants can log support tickets with SAP - related to demo instance issue, provisioning account issue etc.

2. Portal Name: Partner Community Forum

Prerequisite	Active SAP S User id of type 'Partner'

**This portal is only for partners

2.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Post Questions	Partner consultants can post questions in the delivery forums, which has all SuccessFactors modules listed out [All forums are directly monitored by SAP and this is one of the best ways to get clarified with configuration issues, release updates etc.]
2	Blogs and Events	Alerts related to innovations, certifications, delivery etc. are maintained in this section.
3	Partner Implementation Guide	Provides comprehensive information for the partner consultants to successfully implement the projects.

3. Portal Name: SAP Partner Edge

Prerequisite	Active SAP S User id of type 'Partner'

3.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Partnership	Provides details about Managing, Marketing, Sales, Services, Events, Development, Licenses and Support.
2	Products	Hosts details about all SAP solutions.
2.1	Products – SuccessFactors	The tab HR and People Management provides more details about SuccessFactors HXM. Expanding each module of SF provides quick links to a. Sales assets [L1, L2 Presentations, Solution Overview Videos, Brochure etc.] b. Implementation assets [Customer Project Kick-off Template, Configuration Workbooks, Implementation Design Principles etc.]
3	Industries	Provides details about what SAP offers to different verticals like consumer, energy and utilities, public services, financial services etc.

4.1 Portal Name: SAP Support Portal

4.1.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	My Support	Search for SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles, SAP Community content and more.
2	Ask an Expert Peer	Ask an Expert Peer lets you collaborate on your technical, product-related questions through one-on-one interactions with a qualified and approved expert outside of SAP. This way, you benefit from an industry-experienced perspective on your question.

4.2. Portal Name: SAP One Support Launchpad

Prerequisite	Active SAP S user id

**This portal can be accessed from the SAP support portal [section 4.1] as well.

4.2.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Knowledge Base Articles [KBA]	Partner consultants can search for articles for the entire SAP suite. Each module is differentiated by components. Ex: SuccessFactors modules will be defined like: LOD-SF-OBD, LOD-SF-EC etc., where OBD stands for Onboarding, EC for Employee Central.
2	Incidents	Partner Consultants/Customers can raise incidents with SAP whenever the implementation is stuck with any configuration related issues, other normal queries etc. ** Need relevant authorization to raise incidents with SAP.
3	Expert Chat	SAP recommends this feature for customers to get quick resolutions on the issues related to implementation/support etc.

5. Portal Name: SAP Help Portal

Prerequisite	SAP User id [to download files]

5.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Implementation and Administration Guides	The guides related to implementation, administration, integration, master data models, master picklists, DTD files etc. are hosted in this portal.

5.1.1 Latest DTD files

One of the common need for a SuccessFactors consultant is to get the latest DTD files. These can be found under the employee central section of the portal. You may refer to the below screenshot.

6. Portal Name: SAP Training

Prerequisite	A profile on this site with your email address or SAP User ID

6.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Training Needs	All SAP training offerings can be found here . You can subscribe to training (SAP Learning Hub , SAP Live Access or SAP certifications ) from this portal .
2	Certification Topic Areas	The topic areas along with the weightage for any SAP/SF certifications can be found via the search option found in this portal. For ex: if you need details of employee central certification, enter the code C_THR81_2005 and it provides all details related to this certification. **Exam code code should be the latest available one. Else it will not retrieve any results. If you need to look at a list of valid exams then the link is https://training.sap.com/certification/validity
3	Help Center - FAQ	https://training.sap.com/help-center/faq The FAQ provides more clear information on the queries of commonly browsed topics.
4	SAP Subscriptions to which you have access .	https://training.sap.com/access [This URL shows all the SAP Subscriptions to which the logged in user has access]

Prerequisite	A profile with your email address or SAP User ID – with a valid subscription

7.1 What does the portal offer?

8. Portal Name - Your acclaim

Prerequisite	Registration in the portal with the email id [same as LH account] Note : You can even use a personal email address to create a profile and add your SAP LH account email here so that the certification badges issued to you are visible here .

8.1 What does the portal offer?

Sl.No	Purpose	Description
1	Badges	All active badges related to certifications can be found on the dashboard. You can publish these badges to social forum like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc from here. The email address on which you took your certification exam, the SAP Learning Hub email id on which you take your delta exams for stay current and the default email on youracclaim should be the same for seamless flow of badges. You can always request SAP education to move your certificates from one email to the other if you are switching organization . Make sure you have the new subscription of SAP Learning hub on the new email address and ensure you update or add your new email on Youracclaim.
2	Download	User can download certificate copy in a pdf/image format. **To download certificates in a PDF format, click on a certificate--click on share and the print symbol allows you to download in a PDF version.

**Note: It is important to complete delta exams in the LH and the completion status should reflect in the learning history.

If all your certifications are shown as active [not in expired status] in youracclaim, it means you are updated with your current ones.

8.2 Original Certifications

While Youracclaim portal keeps updating the certifications based on the delta assessments, the below url helps the consultants to identify the certifications with the actual date they had completed.

9. Portal Name- SAP Learning hub

3	Learning Rooms	SAP offers learning rooms for all SAP solutions. Consultants can join relevant SAP learning rooms and leverage the features offered. Consultants can ask questions, start discussions, can view/download implementation/sales assets from the learning rooms.
4	Learning Journeys	Learning Journeys are visual guides, designed to help you complete the learning path for SAP solutions
5	SAP Live Access	SAP Live Access gives you on-demand, access to training systems from SAP Education for hands-on learning. It is a paid feature.

10. Portal Name – SAP Best practices portal
