Hi All

I am currently recieving a Server 500 error when a user trys to log in once the following data access profile is added. Before this profile is added the user can log on with not trouble.

I am trying to give read access to all of the hierearchy SC_11154 and only write access to the base levels under SC_11154 that have the property CCTYPE=Direct. Reading the the Security user guide I can not see why this profile would not have the desired effect. The hierarchy under SC_11154 is as follows (square brackets denote the CCTYPE property value);

SC_11154

     81401A2010 [Direct]

     81402A2010

     81410A2010 [Direct]

     81411A2010 [Direct]

     81430A2010 [Direct]

Hi,

Is your Hier enabled time dependent ? When user is exactly getting Server 500 error, while login in to web or Excel?

Thanks,

Raju

Hi,

The hierarchy is not time dependent and it is in the web log in the user name entry works then as it launches a box appears saying Server 500 error

Thanks
