User Defined Values - Current Formtype

Hi everyone,

I need the current form Type for a user defined value (the query).

I know $[$4.1.0] == Itemcode and so on.

But I need eg. Formtype = 149 when the Query is run in an Quotation. The TableName OQUT would also be sufficient.
