Usage decision error

Hi all,

This below lot is 01 inspection type.

In one of inspection lot is showing below error message.

Qa32 screen is showing

UD page :-

There is no UD code

To be posted is pending 24 nos

All stocks are available in Unrestricted stock & no quality stock is available.

now when I am trying to do once again UD, system is showing below error message

Pls suggest how to clear this lot.

Hi Alok,

According to the print screens that you have shared, seems to me an inconsistency problem and probably the SAP Note shared by Amarnath could solve it.

However, if anything goes wrong, please, try to implement SAP Note 175842 (Inspection lot Reversal of goods movements from UD) and check which message it gives to you when you try to reverse the Inspection Lot. In theory this note takes quantity from unrestricted-use and post back to quality inspection. In your case it will not happen because no quantity was posted, but maybe changing the status of inspection lot you will be able to clear the lot.
