Unable to create WBS element using BAPI - BAPI_BUS205...

We are using BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI in a custom report to create WBS elements. The report is executed through a batch job.The trigram value is determined based on the company code. For trigram EAB, the WBS element is created successfully. However, for trigram ETL, the WBS creation is failing.

Perform the below steps to narrow down the issue

1. Compare OPSJ (coding mask) and OPSA (project profile) between EAB and ETL.
2. Verify controlling area assignment for ETL in OKKP.
3. Check authorizations and validations.
4. Review the BAPI return messages for ETL to pinpoint the exact customizing issue.
