Tcode : va05

Hello Experts,

Two users used tcode va05 and downloaded the data.

Amount of money of downloaded data was different.

I check both are executing tcode va05 in similar way. same filters are used for sales doc type. but still there is difference in amount.

can you please tell why this must be happening?

Did you already compared the authorization objects as suggested? You can also consider to set up authorization trace trx ST01.

Both users do not have access to se11 tcode , soo cannot check authorization objects.

The easiest way to find out, if it's an authorization issue is to set up an authorization trace trx ST01 for each user. If you are not authorized for ST01 asks the basis/security team to do so.
