Tcode : va05

Hello Experts,

Two users used tcode va05 and downloaded the data.

Amount of money of downloaded data was different.

I check both are executing tcode va05 in similar way. same filters are used for sales doc type. but still there is difference in amount.

can you please tell why this must be happening?

Hello Neelam,

Could you plz cross check the criteria of both user ... or send the screen shot of both ..I believe both used different variants .. check the used variants as well.

Hi Neelam/Prashant,

Same report shows different data but main thing is different users

So you need to check/compare below points

1) Two different users parameters to run report

2) Layout

3) Filtration in layout

4) Variant

5) If above all points are same so you have to thoroughly check rights

Hello Prashant,

Both users are not using any variant to execute tcode va05. Both users are having differnt roles for va05 , does this impact for gettng different net amount? Can you please explain what does you mean by criteria of both users. below are screenshots of both users excel sheet.

Hello Neelam,

Then it seems it could be due to authorization. I have face the same in past. Plz check your security/basis team whether both user have same authorization or not .
