Please tell the Link of Organisation with Planning Plant, Maintenance Plant & Workflow Approval Authorized user ID which we define in Tcode PPOME...

How to link the Organization ID in HRP1000 & HRP1001 with Plants and user ID...

Hi Shubham,

PPOME is complete HR transaction where as EAM person, I don't think you need to mention anything.

I believe there is no as such linking kind of stuff for Planning plant or maintenance plant with HR Organization structure set up.

I did not get your requirement very clearly. but whatever I understood, please find my comment below Hope this might help you.

• SAP User ID can be linked with PERNR using infotype 0105 & sub-infotype 0001 in transaction PA30.

• PERNR can be assigned to a PM Work center in IR02, using HRMS button in Capacity screen when your capacity category is Person (002)

My requirement is I wanted the table which links Organization Structure and User.assigned to it.

In PPOME we have to open all the levels of Organization Structure to check the user id / User assigned.

Suppose Organization Structure is "XYZ" with lower level Organization is "ABC", if User " U " is assigned to ABC, from which table I can link both.

Hi Shubham,

Check PA0001 table. here you will get organizational details of a personal number ( Personal area, org key, personal subarea etc.

If you want to personal number based on your SAP user ID & then its organization details. then refer table PA0105. Here you need to pass your SAP user id in field USRID, you will get PERNR. Then pass this PERNR to PA0001 to get Organization details.

If you want to know the table for  organizational details of PERNR, it works. If its not working then I think you might be looking for something else.

Try BAPI ->   BAPI_ORGUNITEXT_DATA_GET.

It will list out the assigned objects.
