split dispatch

Hi All,

The allocation of partial requirements to individual capacities constitutes dispatching if the indicator D (split dispatched) is set.

Where this indicator should be activated so that splitting capacity requirements done

Hi,

In the Production Order, Operation details, in the "Cap. reqmt Assgnmt" tab, the individual capacity are assigned to the operation. Now "Dispatch" the operation in CM27 by selecting the individual capacity. Check up the operation in the Production order "Cap. reqmt Assgnmt" tab, only now you will get the indicator "D" automatically set.

Hi,

You have assigned No. of individual capacities=3 in Capacity header screen of the Work center and want to do Capacity levelling based on the individual capacity, you can only "Dispatch" the same in CM27 by assigning in "Cap. reqmt assignment" in production order. The indicator "D" is set only after the split is dispatched.

Hi,

Exactly wat i need is whn i go to capacity leveling CM27 Planning apears in Orders not dispatched and no data in Splits not dispatched

i gave no. of individual capcity 5

In cap.req.ass tab i gave for all 5 quantities that is to be scheduled

So wat else i need to do at SFC level and another thing Confrmation for each split should b compulsary,

May i knw the Config Setting

Hi,

Check the Overall profile linked in the Production Scheduling profile (OPKP) in spro. Check with SAPSFCG011 or with trial and error method as this is due to the changes in other profile settings in overall profile. When the orders are displayed in CM27 with splits, you have to manually select the split and click "Dispatch".

For Confirmation with splits, you can do it in CO11N with Splits=1, 2 etc.. in "Split" field. where 1,2 are the no. from the "Cap. reqmt assgnmt" tab of production order.
