Solution Z_SOLUTION_US finishes checking with errors

Greetings ..

I'm starting in activating SAP Best Practice 2021 in S/4HANA 2021.

I have done all prerequisites following SAP Note #

When start activation of the solution, it gives the following error:

Solution Y_SOLUTION_US_21 finishes checking with errors

Message no. /SMB/BBPRJ_INST156

I found the following SAP Note # https://me.sap.com/notes/0002894071

Which suppose the following solution:

Resolution

The owner (user) of the solution is another one, not which currently attempts to activate it.

In the menu bar choose "Scope Item" → "Activation" → "Change Activation Owner"

When I did the suggested solution, it gives the following error:

There is currently no activation owner to take over from

Message no. /SMB/BB_INSTALLER200

Any Suggestions??
