SAP SD : Tcode - XD01

Hi,

I have a Customer Master with following sales area " 5000 / 50 /10 ".

I need to extend this customer for the sales area "1000 / 50 / 10". But i could not find this combination in "All Sales Area" view as in the below screen.

I checked in SPRO the Sales Org 1000 is linked with Distribution Channel "50" and Division "10", But still have the issue.

Even-then i tried with sales are 1000 / 50 / 10 and the below error.

Pls help me out.

Dear Dinesh,

You want to extent sales organisation for same company code.In order to do that you have to first  maintain all sales area  for corresponding company code through given path.

Before you  extend this customer for the sales area "1000 / 50 / 10" ,you have to assign 1000 sales organisation for 1000 company code through above path .

Did you assign 5000 sales organization for 1000 company code before extent?

You have to follow step by step.

hi,

I had the same issue in my sand box and able to resolve it. first maintain the sales area(assignment > sales and distribution > setup sales area) of the combination 1000-50-10, next maintain VOR1,

it will solve the issue.

SPRO : Setup Sales Area & VOR1 , VOR2 is OK for 1000-50-10.
