Reverse PGI with partial quantity

hi

PGI done for 10 items, and client want to reverse only 5 items from the 10. This is in normal delivery scenario not with MIGO. But VL09 allowing to do total items to reverse.

Please let me know how to reverse partial quantity.

Hello ,

With VL09 you can reverse entire quantity. partila quantity reversal is not possible.

As a workaraound you can now reverse the entire quantity and then cancel the tranfer order and delete the delivery.

Now go to sales order change the sales order quantity to 5 and create new delivery for 5 pieces for confirmation and PGI.

Also you can do this by chnaging the quanity in delivery directly to 5 and then cancelling the sales order at line item level as CUSTOMER CANCELLED ORDER, so that it is not considered suring next delivery cteaion run.

Just for your info,

In our client system we have configured diffrence indicators for this where we have taken account of two cases,

1. Overpicked quanity (sales order has 10 Units, but customer says during TO confirmation he wants 20 Units)

2. Underpicked(Reduced) quantity ( Sales order has 10 units but customer says during TO confirmation he wants 5 Units)
