Hello

Hi Fernanda, here are reliable, official links and a quick guide to build the comparison report in S/4HANA Public Cloud

How to build it (quick path)

Find the data sources (released CDS views) with View Browser (F2170). Look up views like:

  • I_ProductProcurement (purchasing-view attributes)
  • I_ProductPlant (plant-specific product settings)

Create the report using Custom Analytical Queries: select fields like Material, Plant, Purchasing Organisation, Purchasing Group, Order Unit, Planned Delivery Time, and Automatic Purchase Order. Filter for plants linked to your two company codes, execute, and export results. SAP Help Portal-Extend and Integrate Your SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition-Custom Analytical Queries

Optional: Consume the query in SAC if you want richer diffing and visualsSAP Support Portal-2710858 - Custom Analytical Queries created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition a...

Below are useful SAP Direct links

With kind regards

Hello Jerry,

There is no direct/standard functionality mentioned for comparing master data between two company codes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. However, for your specific requirement of comparing and harmonizing the purchasing view for materials across two company codes, you might consider the following approach:

  • Utilize reporting tools: While there's no direct/standard comparison tool mentioned, you could explore custom reporting options or consider using SAP Analytics Cloud (if you have it) for more advanced data analysis capabilities across different company codes.

If this idea is not acceptable, you should consider the last resource of doing this comparison manually.

Kind regards.
