for an terminated employee, i generated an offcycle payroll.
when i save the record, i get this msg:
The payroll run has been saved and marked for subsequent activities
Message no. HRPAY99OC103
Diagnosis
The payroll result has been successfully saved in the cluster. The newly created or changed infotype records (Additional Payments, Bank Details or Absences) have also been saved.
Payroll has also been flagged for the subsequent activities. Subsequent activities include the steps necessary after the payroll run, for example, form printing, payment, transfer to Accounting.
Procedure
Make sure that report RPUOCP00, which starts the process model with the subsequent activities, has been scheduled as a regular background job. The process model must contains all necessary reports with the corresponding variants.

Hi,
SAP provides process models for off-cycle payroll processing that include only the follow on processing steps relevant to the type of off-cycle run. For ex, the process model for check replacement only includes the check printing program.
You can check out the standard process models in transaction PEST.
You can track processing of Process models through tcode PUST
Thank you,
Sarika
