Problem while creating the Customer Master Data

Hi,

Have a problem when creating the customer master data:

My screen is closing with this pop-up message " STOP ACCOUNT 47 already exists".

Please give me some idea to overcome this problem.

Hi Nanda,

What i understand is system is trying to create a customer with number 47 internally generated customer number but the number already has been used for reasons explained below.

Try one thing go to

Tcode XDN1

Click Status over there

And look at the current number if the current number is 47 or more than 47 it means that for some reason the internal number 47 for customers has already been used.

change that number to 46 if you have to have 47 as your customer number.

Or else check your number range intervals some interval is clashing with another interval.

You will have to correct the intervals for number range.
