Pre Implementation means the stages the Company has to go through before Implementation.
1. AS IS document in ASAP methodology
2. Document preperation
3. Blue Print
4. TO BE presentation.
5. Signing and Approval.
After Golive
Post implementation means
1. Checking Implementation by consultant
2. User testing
3. User acceptance testing.
