Hi all,

Am new to payroll prgramming (U.S payroll) . i would like to know where can i find the table and key for a particular cluster (e.g rx ) .

Can any one mention the e.g payroll report program name (using pcl2 cluster ) and where can i get related information. Thx in advance .

hai,

payroll can be integrated in personel administration,time management,incentive wages and accounting. payroll driver is special report for payroll. sap has developed coutry specific payroll drivers which is based on report RPCALCXO.

To get cluster directory use function module CU_READ_RGDIR

here v get MOLGA(country grouping)

This imports cluster directory into one table which has a structure of PC261.

whenever payroll prog is run its going to create uniue sequentiol no.

for this cluster directory v need latest seq no.

for this v call a fm CD_READ_LAST.

and v declare the structure has T500l-SEQNR

next step is to read cluster directory tables,for this v have fm

PYXX_READ_PAYROLL_RESULT

here v have to get relid.

from T500L table MOLGA is primary key, by using T500l-MOLGA as primary key

cluster id i.e.,RELID can be declared.

SELECT SINGLE * FROM T500L WHERE MOLGA =G_MOLGA.

RELID = T500L-RELID.

next step is to import results.if it is international declare results as PAY99_RESULTS.

otherwise respective country code is used.

ex: if it is india declare results as PAY40_RESULTS.

then we import results by looping.
