Dear Sap Gurus,
what is the significance if i check unique in customer master in patner function and determination.
if i check what will happen?
if i dont check what will happen?

It depends on your requirement.
Generally, Sold to Party is Unique, it should have have one tick against it.
If you tick then the partner function becomes unique and you can't add another customer data similar partner function.
