All,

MIGO done and generated one material document number .

No print out generated automatically for this , so tried to see the material document number in MB03 , then it says a strange error - Material document not found in this fiscal year 2007 .

This is a support issue , gone live 4 months ago and successfully doing MIGO for last 4 months and print out generated .

MIGO done for year 2007 only .

Why it is not showing the material document number anywhere?

Kindly advise.

Dear,

You can check the user inbox that posted the document, see if there's update termination.Also you can check using SM21 and SM13.

This is because that material document is archived. It happens sometimes that you create a document and it gets archived as a result it is not visible in the system. For this a correction program is run, to get that document. Ask the basis people for help.

Hi,

MSEG table , I have checked , 10 numbers are missing in between .

Means upto 5000004814 its o.k but next number is 5000004823 , so its almost 10 numbers missing from the series .

I have checked series before 5000004814 , no numbers are missing there .

What can be the reasons for this missing numbers , because its a purely internally generated number series .

Pls advise.

I am not sure what correction program Noopor is referring to. Surely, no one is going to archive only 10 material documents. Did you check the buffer for the material document number range? In the standard system, the buffer is set to 10. Check in SNRO with object MATBELEG. 10 missing entries in MSEG does not necessarily mean that there is an issue. It could very well be due to buffering.

When the user posted the transaction using MIGO, did he get the message that 'Material Document XXXXXXXXXX created'? Are you then not able to see this material document in MKPF, MSEG or MB03, MB51, MIGO? Let us know exactly what happens after the user posts a transaction using MIGO and we might be able to help further.

hello narayan,

The system says material document"xxxxxx" created. It stops at the to creation screen. When i try to create the to it says that the no material items were found in material document XXXXXx. So i used mb03 to see the material document and thats when i get that error , the material document is not... for year 2007.hope this helps
