HCM Analytics Implementation ?

Dear Experts,

Our client is expecting HCM Dashboard (HCM Analytics) services, I have activated the required business functions.

1. Here my query is, are there any standard delivered services available ? or we need to implement all the required services as per requirement, if so where can I check the configuration paths ?
2. If we implement them where are we able to get the outputs, is it in R3 / Portal / NWBC ?

I have gone through some threads those explains about the output of Analytics. Please suggest me some related threads, links.
