Getting exception errors when using Batchmaster add on

Hi,

We are using Batchmaster ERP add-on with SAP B1 and we are getting exception errors when closing batch tickets. These errors are fixed by running SAP as admin but the caveat of that is now we need to run outlook as admin as well thus breaking the native search function for outlook.

If the exception error is fixed without us having to run SAP as admin that would be ideal but any help is appreciated. We have already reached out to Batchmaster support but was just advised to run it as admin all the time.
