Fixed Document type for T.code

Dear Gurus,

When my user go to t.code F-27 , he should not be able to change document type from DG to any other . That means the document type should come there in display mode . Please suggest how can I do this . I have tried through SHD0 ,but unable to do this.Please guide

Hi,

You can do it via SHD0 Only. You can also try to convince use to use FB75 Customer Credit Memo. Its defaults the document type DG. you can make it in Display Mode only via Edition Options Button.

Under FB00 I didn't find any field to hide document type under any tab. Please guide..I mean under FB75 it is ok . but how to do this for F-27.

Hi,

SAP has not provided an option for hiding the document type in F-27. You can see an option for hiding the document type only in Enjoy Transactions. That is FB50, FB60, FB65, FB70, FB75 etc.

So, i think, you should convince the user to go for enjoy transactions. Its the best way to control.
