Few BOM components in process order not exploding in ECC when its planned order converted in APO.

few BOM components specially pack materials in process orders in ECC , when converting the planned order in APO.

1) Contacted master data team to check the product master – It seems all good

2) Created process order in ECC in production – working as expected (All BOM exploded as expected)

3) Replicated the end-to-end scenario from APO planned orders to the process order in ECC – Working as expected.

4) Found that for the same product, there are old process orders in which BOM explosion happened correctly – We suspect there is a set of data for which this is occurring, when conversion is happening, BOM explosion has been interrupted.

Could you please suggest , what else we can add in check list. Every week it is happening for one or other product , leading to issue as it is integrated to MES.process-order.png
