Hi,
By executing my testplan I don't get any screen shots. it always says "Error while fatching data from the server". so it's really hard or not even possible to realise the erorr.

Only if the run is finished I have the status "sucess" or "fail", but there are still no screenshots available. That's not normal, because I already had it different(with the screnn shots).
Request clarification before answering.

Thanks for reaching out to S/4HANA Test Automation Tools team. We noticed that you are not able to view screen shots for executions triggered on 18th of Dec.
On doing root cause analysis it was found that due to small glitch in the infrastructure code screenshots were not saved into DB tables. We found the fix for this issue and made it available on 20th Dec itself. Unfortunately information conveyed to you with delay.
Please be informed that you can view the screen shots of executions which were triggered after 20th Dec for your test plans in the system. Thanks once again for understanding
