DRC Cloud edition - Code error HTTP 500 - server error - Brazil Location NFS-e

We are implementing the DRC Cloud Edition in SAP ECC 6.17 for the issuance of NFS-e to the São Paulo municipality - Brazil Location.

We completed all the configurations, and upon running the tests, we encountered the following error at the moment to send data from ECC to Cloud:

Code erro HTTP 500 - server error: SAP_DRC_CEP_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.

We have opened a ticket and are awaiting a response.

Has anyone seen this error before?
