Error when refreshing interactive analysis excel report

Hi All
I created a cube/data model in SAP HANA studio and deployed it in SAP Business One. It works correctly and the info is correct.

I am using it in the interactive analysis and the idea was to format it and save the file. and just open it when I need to run the report and fresh. When I click refresh I am prompted for the SYSTEM password, I enter them but then I a get the below errors and the data does not refresh.

Has anyone had this issue before?
Any help and suggestions are always appreciated.

Is there a specific script I need to run..Or can I check in the normal trace files?
