How does the eDocument for Hungary work for a user?
Which of the eDocument source types are relevant for hungary?
My gues would be INB_DELIV, OUTB_DELIV and GOODS_REC, is this correct?
In every documentation (like https://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_08/helpdata/en/f9/bdde55a5fea544e10000000a44147b/frameset.htm) I only read about source documents, but what exactly do I have to do to create a eDocument?
Is there any detailed description available?
I also found links for the necessary setting (https://help.sap.com/viewer/33804bc801d742099c63a76ebca70a26/6.18.09/en-US/f9bdde55a5fea544e10000000...), but I can't find a word about the exact settings needed.
Could you please provide me any information about eDocument for Hungary.
I already read every depending note/hint and everything I could find on google and SAP, but I do not understand how it works.

you should ask the local people from your Hungary company what they have to register. This is not a SAP issue, this is a legal requirement and SAP eDocuments solution is just made to support their customer, but even companies who do not have a SAP system need to fulfill this legal requirement.
You can find the Hungarian law and the introduction to their online system in https://ekaer.nav.gov.hu/articles/view/amendments-to-act-xcii-of-2003-on-the-rules-of-taxation
A very good to the point explanation of the law is given by SAP in OSS note 2154956 - eDocument Hungary: Transport Registration
Introductory videos from SAP are available in YouTube, just search with edocument hungary or edocument SAP

Thanks for your help Jürgen!
But I would like to know how to use the eDocument solution.
In the videos and descriptions I found, I can only see the already created eDocuments.
Are there more detailed instructions available where the different possibilities of settings or business processes are explained?
Or maybe only an example?
I am not even able to create an eDocument manually in the edoc_cockpit like described, because I only get message that there do not exist any eDocuments.
