DUMP while INSERT into VBEP table error DBSQL_Duplicate_key_error

Hi Friends,

Please help me with solution or SAP NOTES. my client is getting dump in production , as they SAVE the VA02, after unchecking a CHECKbox "Complete Delivery" button. This dump occurs while Inserting data into table VBEP.

There is instruction :If the error occurs in a non-modified SAP program, you might be able to

find a solution in the SAP Notes system. If you have access to the SAP

Notes system, check there first using the following keywords:

"DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

"SAPLV45U" or LV45UF0V

"VBEP_BEARBEITEN"
