hi all,

please let me know how can we make customised document type default to a standard t code.

i.e. if I hav created a document type ZB by copying NB. I want to make this ZB document type as the default document type when you execute the tcode ME21N.

Hi,

Follow the path:

SPRO-> Materials Management-> Purchasing-> Define Default Values for Document Type

Here Assign your new document type ”ZB” to ME21N t.code and save.

in t code ME21N screen Then in upper row persional setting click on this then basic setting & default value go to default value document type assign which u want to default .

In ME21N....Personal Settings...you can Maintain as your New Doc.Type as Default Doc. Type for ME21N
