Document statistics

I have been asked by management for a summary of our number of documents by Area, AP, AR, GL etc. Any easier way to get this then to use SE16 and go to table BKPF?

Are there any standard transactions for getting such data?

Hey Paula

I dont think so there is any such report available

but u can always create a report by joining tables by creating an infoset query through tcodes sq01, sq02 and sq03.

Morover u can create a transaction code for the infosetQuery. You may need and ABAP folk to help you in creating this infosetquery.
