1.You need to know at what condition of the status the workflow should trigger.If it is at the change of the status to a particular value then you can create a Z implementation of the BOR DRAW and then use the standard event with the starting condition to the particular value.
2. Even you can create your own events and then trigger it with sap_wapi_create_event
