can u explain tha diffrence between configuration and customisation

Hi Vinod,

i just want to add with narayana...

Configuration means..to achieve client requirements..just some make slight changes (what SAP permits) in the flow of standard SAP..make some GAP analysis..and fulfill the GAP............it's generally done by functional cunsulatnt...

Customization means..if client requirement is not fullfill...by making some configuration.....then you have change the whole process..by which SAP functioning by creating new objects in SAP...it's generally..lengthy.....and it needs both technical and functional consultants...
