difference between implementation and roll out

Hi Experts,

Please tell me what is the difference between implementation and roll out. And what could be the possible role of an ABAPer in roll out.

Hi,

1. Implementation project -- SAP newly to be implemented.

2. support project -- Already sap implemented now support is going.

3. Upgradation - Already sap implemented with older version

and they are upgrading to newer version.

4. Roll out - Sap implemented in one plant some time back

New plant started .So the customer want sap to be implemented in new plant

also.
