We are provisioning SAP S/4HANA public cloud servers for a new customer. They have a special request that the Data Centres where their systems are located should be in India. Is it possible to ask for Data Centre location during provisioning?
Having said that this is a complete Sales-Presales concern. While signing the contract you must take this consideration with your Account Executives (AE) or SAP contacts involved in the deal-contract. If the contract signing is done in India and the customers headquarters/Business Operation is in India, there is already a high chance that the default data center selection will already be India.
Kindly touchbase with your SAP contact (AE, CSP etc.) to sound this immediately.
