Cloud adding Custom Fields Material Master Data (MM01)

Dear all,

via the app "Custom Fields and Logic" in SAP S/4HANA Cloud I would like to add a custom field that can/should be set within Material Master Data. I have fpund Custom Fields for Material Document Item and Master Data - Product but I haven´t found a way to create a Custom Field within Material Master Data.

I would very much appreciate your help.

Dear Sabrina,

I've attached a screenshot of the documentation for the BADI to explain

Custom fields can only be added to the Manage Product Master Data app.

The apps Create Material, Change Material and Display Material do not currently allow the addition of custom fields

thank you so much for your quick response.

This also means that once I have created a Custom Field for Manage Product Master I should be able to find it there, right?

I have created a Custom Field for Master Data: Product General and activated all UIs and Reports as you can see in the screenshot below. I have also published this Field. But I am still not able to find the field when creating a new product. Could you help me out one more time, please?
