What is the role of automatic Payment Program? What is the use of (next payment date run) on that screen?

In genral we make the payment to vendor thorugh manual Entery

but in Automatic payment program sysytem it self make the payment to vendors

and in that next payment run date is that today app executed and

when do u want APP after the firtst run we are defing here

we make the configration in FBZP and execution F110
