ST22- Dump Analysis
SE30-Run Time Analysis.
SCOV- Coverage Analyzer

You can use SLIN for extended syntax check.
And from ABAP 640 onwards you can use code inspector and memory inspectors.
Use SE30 for performance analysis
ST05 fpr SQL trace
ST22 dump analysis
