If you upgraded client to Java 7 and cannot open ME Routing anymore, you may try to change Java settings as illustrated below (please, consult your security department on changes). This may help as a workaround, the solution should be provided as per Note 1957708 - 'Security related warning dialogs with Oracle JRE 7 and ME''.
