Hello Everyone,

I am a data analyst with 3 years of experience in project and resource management in an IT/MNC. I am also a student current pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management and exploring jobs in Talent Industry.

In the process of learning about talent industry, I understand that more than theoretical knowledge, job roles require hands-on experience of the skill, HCM in my case, in a valued platform.

When I came across SAP's Digital skills intitative, I decided to grab the opportunity to explore more on one of the Niche skills and have started SAP HCM learning journey. 

I am glad i stumbled upon this Initiative : )

I was browsing for SAP certifications and tutorials details, and searches came up with Digital skills Initiative details too.
