Check out the OSS note 653536. This has a comprehensive list of the OK-CODES to be used for the other communications

By any chance, are you trying to record long texts?

If yes, then you cannot record that.

The alternative to save the long texts is SAVE_TEXT FM .

BDC is not the best one to change customer master. Use a standard BAPI or program.
