Hi Sudhakar,
There is no difference...! The name WebFlow was estabilished during the internet boom to highlight the internet features of SAP Business Workflow. But nowadays, the internet is no longer exotic and it makes no sense to focus on a User Interface in the Web Browser (e.g. the Universal Worklist iView in SAP Enterprise Portal user package) or an internet-based protocol such as wf-xml. So WebFlow is synonymous with SAP Business Workflow and vice versa.
Reward Points if Useful.

Hi Sudhakar,
There are some differences between WEBFLOW and WORKFLOW. In WORKFLOW the inbox items will be using the standard SAP screens. But in the WEBFLOW the inbox items can be linked to a webpage. For example Leave application form can be created in any web development langauage(Eg: HTML, BSP, BHTML). And can be linked to the inbox item.
We have to create exact number services for all the userdecision steps in the workflow. The should be done in T-CODE WF_EXTSRV.
the transfer of data from Webpage to SAP is done through the XML. So the XML should be downloaded to SAP system. This should done in the T-CODE WSDL.
