[Workflow] Task properties: Agent assignment issue

Hi workflow gurus...

I still need your help on something. I recently transported my workflow changes in QA and for some reasons, for this new step (new task) I created, I have a difference in "Task Properties" - "Agent Assignment" in DEV vs QA. In DEV, the Agent Assignment shows a "green" flag meaning, I guess, it is active and working where in QA, the Agent Assignment for this same task shows an empty (grey) diamond flag.

I don't understand why in DEV, the "Agent Assignment" flag is green and in QA, shows empty like it's not active or something.

Why and what can I do to fix this ?

Thanks in advance.

José

From QA.. Enter modify the workflow -> Workflow Builder->and go to the task .. You have to create a request in QA when you click on the button near Task Properties (Agent Attribution).. Through this you will activate your agent in QA

Hi...

It happens with workflows.. I struggled with those bastar..s for a lot of time ... You Have to reactivate in QS or remake the transport...

Could be also you leaved a customizing request on DEV. Try to check it out

Hope to help!

Thanks for your reply...

I remember I struggled in DEV to activate my agent assignment (to get this green light to appear). Could you tell me exactly how to do it again... directly in QA. I just don't remember how I did activate it in DEV... thinking it would be automatically done in QA. Unfortunately... it didn't !
