What is it for a workitem? Is it a mail step or an activity in which you have deadline monitoring active?

Next: are you using RSWUWFML2 to send the wf mails?

Please delete the name of recipent in the send mail option. It will stop the external mail...

hi,

in transaction SWDD, double click on step send mail and goto mail tab and remove the user name.
