I have to create a workflow for the product hierarchy.

When every a product hierarchy created/modified/deleted, we need to send email. is it possible, and which will be the object.

first, you need to check if there are any events that are triggering whenever the product hierarchy is changed. To do that, you can just switch on the event trace and find it out.

If there are any events that are triggering, then link your workflow to the event..

Hi Mat,

Just check if this note is of any help - OSS 598258 0PROD_HIER product hierarchy also returns 0MATERIAL.

In my system I see 0PROD_HIER_LPRH_HIER assigned to 0MATERIAL but not loaded though....not sure if Prod Hiers are loaded into 0MATERIAL....you shud be able to create transfer rules from 0PROD_HIER_LPRH_HIER to 0MATERIAL.
