Hi Sun,

have you checked in transaction SWU3, that you have mentained your all entries or not.

I means to say that, you have to maintain your entries in SWU3 ,prior to use.

Please search this forum, you will get many threads to maintain entries in SWU3.

Hi,

as you are seeing your system has only 999, 450 and 751 as prefix no.

Here is the steps you have to follow

Go to transaction ‘SWU3’

Select ‘Maintain Definition Environment’ and click on expand.

Select ‘Maintain Prefix Numbers’ option & right click on it. Click on ‘Execute Activity’.

It displays the prefix numbers assigned to different clients.

To change the prefix numbers, click on change mode (Ctrl+F1)

Select the record to be changed:

Click on delete icon:

Click again on delete. Entire record gets deleted.

Click on ‘Create’ icon:

Give the Prefix number as ‘999’  and click on save.

Please also provide SAP System id Client id here.

Enter the package name and click on ‘continue’.
