ABAP Workbench</b> (BC-DWB)

ABAP Workbench is a set of programs for developing enterprise resource management (ERM) applications that run in the R/3 subsystem from SAP. The latest version includes ABAP Objects, an object-oriented programming language. R/3 will also run programs written in the earlier ABAP/4 language.

Integrated graphical development environment of the R/3 System.

The ABAP Workbench allows you to develop, modify, and manage client/ server applications written in ABAP.

You can use the tools of the ABAP Workbench to:

  • Write ABAP code

  • Design screens

  • Create user interfaces

  • Test applications for efficiency

  • Check applications for errors

  • Use predefined functions

  • Access development objects

  • Create and access database information

Hi Sandeep,

TCode is is SE09.

It is also called transport organizer.

Objects are created in ABAP workbench and we need to give a transport request for the same. This tranport request you can see in SE09.
