Which Select is more efficient

Hi all

Which select is more efficient

1) select * from MARA into it_mara where matnr between '00112' and '00114'.

or

2) select * from MARA into it_mara where matnr in ( '00112' , '0011' , '00113'. , '00114' ).

Doesn't matter, they might produce two different results, depending on what actually is stored in MARA.
