Hi,

Its a way of managing the version of the Development objects in the ABAP Workbench.

Using this you can compare between different version of the object.

You can do a remote comparison between one system Object and a Remote system object.

You can retrive the old object version and make it active.

Basically its a tool to manage the Object History.
