User which exist in all systems

there is dummy user which exist in all BE systems ,

i.e. user which provide by SAP when installing the system from scratch .

I don't see any question mark, so I assume that you are refering to public load balancing functions used when you connect the application session which the system returns before logging on - in which case the dummy user is located between the chair and the keyboard and echo'ed over to the application server and renamed as SAPSYS.

It is only symbolic. You cannot logon with it and it cannot pass any authorization checks as it didn't read the manual either...
