User Exit for VA21

hi All,

I got a Requirement in <b>Va21 and va22</b> , in that i have to incorporate two radiobuttons namely quotations approved and quotations not approved in headerdata ie (additional data b).

In va21(create) it has to be defaultely in Quotation not approved the user may not able to swich between the both radiobuttons. can any one tel me how to make it as a default entry (but defaultly it is marked as quotation approved).

IN VA22 the users are havin the option of approving or not approving.can any one tel me how to make it!!! For both Va21 and VA22 the program name is sapmv45a and i made the buttons in screen number 8309.
